Any patient who is violent towards a member of the team will be removed from the practice list immediately. The police will be asked to attend the practice.
Verbal aggression will not be tolerated. If deemed necessary the patient will be removed from the practice list. A letter of explanation will be sent to the patient explaining the reason for this removal.
