Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by the following methods:
- Telephone the prescription request line 01792 365949 (24 hours / 7 days per week)
- E-mail your request to Prescriptions.W98055@wales.nhs.uk
Please remember to state your full name, address, telephone number and clear details of what you require
Requests are normally processed within 4 working days, but if there is any query regarding the medication request then the repeat prescription may be delayed. If Doctor asks to see you first, then the medication will not be issued until you have seen Doctor.
Please nominate a local pharmacy to collect your prescriptions from.
