The practice welcomes new patients within the defined practice boundaries.
The practice area extends from Derwen Fawr to Mumbles and out as far as Southgate. This includes the following villages:

- Newton
- Norton
- Pennard
- Southgate
- West Cross
New patients will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire and may be offered an appointment with the Practice Nurse for a health check.
This will help us to help you in the future.
It is very important that you notify the practice immediately if you change your name, address or telephone number. You can do this via our Updating your details page.
