Do you have access for disabled patients / visitors ?

Disabled  parking and toilet facilities are available.  Disabled access is available to all patient areas. A stair lift is available.

Do I have a choice of doctor ?

Patients are free to consult with any doctor within the practice.

What do I do in an emergency ?

If you believe you may have a life threatening medical condition, please dial 999 immediately and ask for an ambulance.

How can I get a repeat prescription ?

Tick the appropriate item on the request slip found at the right hand side of your prescription slip and place in the box on the reception counter.

  • E-mail your request to us at Prescriptions.W98055@wales.nhs.uk
  • Prescriptions will be ready for collection within two working days.

What if I am moving house, or changing my telephone number ?

Please inform the practice immediately if you move house or change your contact phone number.  It is vital for patient safety that the practice has up to date contact details. You can do this on our Updating your details page.
