You are entitled to a copy of your medical records. You must apply in writing to the practice manager, your request will be actioned within 30 days. Depending on the volume of paper, you may be aksed to collect the copy from reception.
Apart from the doctors, practice nurses and staff in the practice, the district nurses, health visitors and midwives attached to the practice have access to the medical records of patients in their care.
