- All patients aged 50 and over (those turning 50 before 31-Mar-2022)
- Patients aged under 50 with a chronic disease (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Heart Disease etc.) – not an exhaustive list
- Children born between 01-Sep-2017 and 31-Aug-2019
- Pregnant patients
- Patients with a BMI over 40
